IT Support Engineer

Location: Porto, Portugal; onsite work experience required

What you will do

• Assist end users with standard office applications, workplace technologies, and IT best practices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and other IT service issues.
• Manage the technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including devices, accounts, applications, and access.
• Install, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Support smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Teams, meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and other workplace technologies.
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities, documentation, and initiatives involving workplace modernization, cloud, security, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in onsite IT Support or Workplace Support.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, MacBook devices, smartphones, tablets, office networks, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting, and printing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and meeting room systems.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English required.
• Strong customer service, communication, ownership, independent working, and organizational skills.
