Technical Support Specialist (IoT)

Location: Must be located in Lisbon, Portugal; flexible hybrid working model with availability for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 operation.

What you will do

• Support customers, partners, sales representatives, and internal teams by phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues involving connectivity, installation, device errors, network communications, and product inquiries.
• Provide technical expertise on database setup, user management, rules, reporting, portal configuration, navigation, and product implementation.
• Coordinate device and accessory returns and exchanges with internal departments.
• Develop and deliver product service training for resellers and customers.
• Escalate severe issues, resolve customer complaints, protect customer data, and support global strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service or technical support experience, including technical troubleshooting.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript, and data warehouses such as Google BigQuery.
• Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables and reports, plus technical competence with Google Workspace for business.
• Fluent English and French communication skills are required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule across a 24/7/365 operation.
