Associate Client Service Officer (Corporate Payments)

Location: London office, The Point – Cross Border; onsite with an assigned workspace

What you will do

• Manage client accounts throughout the KYC lifecycle and support ongoing account management.
• Process payments and deal-based transactions accurately and within agreed service-level agreements.
• Support the end-to-end client journey, from transaction execution through post-sale servicing.
• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve client queries.
• Maintain relationships with Front Office teams and provide high-touch service to Private Markets clients.
• Identify process and system improvements, participate in projects, and assist Senior Officers with daily team activities.

Requirements

• Experience in client servicing; financial-sector experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management, communication, and client service skills.
• Methodical, numerate, diligent, proactive, and highly attentive to detail.
• Ability to articulate information clearly to external stakeholders and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
