Dealing Services Agent (Investing)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with 3–4 days per week in the office; the first 3 months are full-time in the office.

Salary: Starting at £28,100 per year, potentially higher depending on previous financial services or dealing experience.

What you will do

• Support customers by phone, email, and secure message.
• Help customers place and execute trades involving shares and other investments.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
• Complete activity in line with service level agreements and compliance policies.
• Build expertise through structured training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Interest in investing, trading, or financial markets; prior experience is helpful but not essential.
• Minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9–4, including Maths and English, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work varied shifts from Monday to Friday between 8am and 9pm, including some bank holidays.
