Senior Workday Integration Developer

hirify.global is hiring for its HR Technology team to advance and support a global Workday ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, enhance, and support complex enterprise Workday integrations.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, and PICOF.
• Build secure and scalable integrations with SOAP, REST APIs, OAuth, XML, and XSLT.
• Support Workday tenant management, security configurations, authentication policies, and release activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, IT, global stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver reliable business processes and data flows.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and provide technical oversight to AMS partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5 years of hands-on Workday Integration Developer experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Workday integration solutions.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Web Services, Workday Reporting, XML, XSLT, OAuth, authentication policies, tenant management, and business process configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory Workday Pro Integrations Certification.
• Ability to work from Bengaluru, India.
