IT Application Developer - Salesforce

hirify.global is hiring for a product development role focused on enterprise Salesforce solutions.

What you will do

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Configure and maintain complex flows, triggers, and automation supporting business requirements.
• Translate stakeholder and business analyst requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Apply Salesforce development, security, and performance best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
• Use AI-enabled tools for ideation, development, analytics, and routine task automation while following governance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in complex environments.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, declarative features, business processes, and system flows.
• Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing challenges.
• Ability to prompt AI systems, assess output quality, and leverage AI to support departmental needs.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external system connectivity.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Strong Salesforce CPQ knowledge.
