Senior Associate - Salesforce CPQ Developer

What you will do

• Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management solutions.
• Configure complex pricing, discounting, product bundles, quote templates, approvals, guided selling, and automation.
• Design subscription, recurring revenue, usage-based billing, invoicing, payment, tax, collections, and revenue recognition processes.
• Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, billing platforms, payment gateways, and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Document requirements, solution and system architecture, entity relationship diagrams, configuration runbooks, and CPQ billing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients, guide buy-versus-build decisions, conduct user training, and support deployments and post-implementation enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ implementation, quote-to-cash processes, subscription management, and revenue recognition.
• Experience configuring product rules, price rules, product bundles, discounting structures, approval workflows, and automation flows.
• Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or other ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Billing or billing platforms such as Zone Billing.
