What you will do

• Analyze and forecast air freight demand across key APAC trade lanes.
• Plan airline capacity requirements and evaluate schedules and carrier offerings.
• Negotiate and manage Block Space Agreements with airline partners.
• Develop pricing strategies, KPIs, scorecards, and performance governance for airline partners.
• Coordinate with Operations and Charter teams on trade lane execution, peak-season capacity, and charter requirements.
• Resolve critical airline operational issues and mitigate service disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in transport and logistics, supply chain management, engineering, business, quantitative analysis, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in air freight, airline operations, space procurement, or finance-related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Access knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
