Business Development Manager - Baking Ingredients (APA Market)

hirify.global develops and supplies baking ingredients, supporting bakers and regional food markets across Asia Pacific.

What you will do

• Drive growth, innovation, and cross-regional execution for baking ingredients across the APA market.
• Work with Marketing to convert consumer and competitor insights into product concepts, value propositions, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
• Identify high-potential accounts and build qualified handover pipelines through pre-sales consultations, feasibility assessments, and ROI analysis.
• Provide technical sales support to industrial customers and sales teams, including presentations and negotiations.
• Coordinate marketing, R&D, Baking Center, production, China, and other APA teams on innovation and business expansion projects.
• Track sales pipelines, project progress, and team performance while supporting compliance across APA production facilities.

Requirements

• Degree or master’s qualification in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in business development and food ingredients in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to collect and analyze information and prepare business proposals.
• Proactive, results-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
