Operations Manager (Foodtech)

hirify.global is a high-growth foodtech startup enabling kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands from their existing delivery kitchens.

What you will do

• Train new franchisees on cooking processes and brand standards.
• Manage a cluster of 30+ kitchen partners, overseeing their growth and weekly performance.
• Conduct regular on-site checks to ensure operational accuracy and quality.
• Provide strategic commercial support to help partners maximize their business success.
• Get hands-on in kitchens to solve site-specific issues as they arise.
• Communicate professionally with partners and customers to maintain high service levels.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, ideally as an AGM or GM of a single site.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel nationally 80% of the time.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, solve problems, and coach kitchen teams.
