What you will do

Act as a primary contact for existing customers and build relationships with new customers.
Follow up on sales opportunities and handle customer enquiries.
Support office-based sales and operational teams.
Coordinate with marketing and other stakeholders to deliver customer service.
Identify and maximize opportunities to cross-sell services.
