(Associate) Manager Energy & Transport

Location: Netherlands; hybrid work from home, client sites, or hirify.global offices in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

What you will do

• Lead transformation initiatives by understanding client challenges, objectives, and long-term ambitions.
• Develop innovative strategies and comprehensive transformation roadmaps with timelines and required resources.
• Take responsibility for both the commercial development and delivery of strategy consulting engagements.
• Track developments and disruptions in the energy and transport sectors and turn them into client recommendations.
• Create training programs and share sector knowledge internally.
• Guide and mentor consultants while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 5–7 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
• Network within relevant transport and/or energy companies.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
• Ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements, with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

• Fluent German.
