TL;DR
Junior Application & Integration Specialist (Fintech): Integrating wealth management applications into client cloud and on-premise infrastructures with an accent on deployments, upgrades, Linux environments, databases, and network communications. Focus on interpreting error logs, troubleshooting integration issues, configuring application releases, and coordinating corrective actions with clients and product development teams.
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland; onsite at the headquarters

What you will do
- Support clients with the implementation of required cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Manage and configure application deployments, releases, and version upgrades.
- Configure applications according to client requirements and support client application management teams.
- Participate in technical discussions about infrastructure changes and upgrades.
- Interpret error logs, identify corrective actions, and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Coordinate with product development teams when technical issues require escalation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, Docker concepts, network communications, and Linux administration.
- Experience with information system troubleshooting, including HTTP, SSL, curl, wget, scripting, and environment variables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Fluent English and French are mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience with banking software such as Temenos or Avaloq and knowledge of financial products or wealth management.
- DevOps experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Experience supporting IT projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC or ITIL processes and stakeholder management.
