Senior Clinical Project Manager (Renal, Obesity, MASH)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 225,500–418,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex global and multi-regional clinical studies from start-up through close-out.
• Partner strategically with sponsors and provide guidance and innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions and promote collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks, financial performance, and operational delivery.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including significant project management experience leading global or multi-regional clinical trials.
• Experience working in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and operational performance.
• Strong sponsor relationship management, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and senior stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading global clinical studies in renal disease, obesity, and/or MASH.
