Senior Clinical Project Manager (Immunology, Dermatology, Respiratory, Ophthalmology) - Global Study Leadership

Salary: zł225,500–zł418,600 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Lead complex global and multi-regional clinical trials from start-up through close-out.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions and promote collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, quality, risks, financial performance, and operational delivery.
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including significant project management experience with global or multi-regional clinical trials.
• Experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage study delivery, including timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and senior stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading global clinical studies in immunology, dermatology, respiratory, or ophthalmology.
• Experience building trusted sponsor relationships in a global environment.
