Plant Supply Chain Interface Coordinator

Location: Coimbra, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Communicate with supply organizations and internal stakeholders, including supply management, production interfaces, logistics coordinators, and warehouse operators.
• Anticipate missing parts using analysis and supporting tools, take corrective action, and align on-dock dates with aircraft production schedules.
• Coordinate lead times with hirify.global procurement and plant teams to meet production requirements.
• Initiate activities across the supply chain to accelerate material flows and ensure material availability by required dates.
• Use hirify.global ERP systems, including SAP PDA, PGI, and PEA, while maintaining accurate master data.
• Propose and initiate corrective actions to improve supply chain flows and ways of working.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, procurement, or supply chain, or relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to prioritize during emergencies.
• Affinity for digital tools and data analysis.
• Willingness to learn new tools and support continuous improvement.
• Fluent English required.
