Purchasing Agent - German Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Review purchase requests and create, update, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Perform operational sourcing activities in line with procurement processes and strategies.
• Provide service desk support to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain procurement information records, including catalogues.
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders.
• Use hirify.global ERP and procurement tools, including SAP and Coupa.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong communication, customer focus, prioritization, reliability, rigor, and concentration.
• Openness to learning new tools, change, and continuous improvement.
• Digital acumen and the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Experience in supply chain or procurement is an advantage.
