Associate Product Manager (M/F/D) (Travel)

Location: Hybrid in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Manage and develop tour operator and cruise products.
• Maintain supplier relationships and oversee commercial and operational activities.
• Review rates, availability, product configurations, and commercial terms.
• Analyze sales, identify problems and opportunities, and support supplier negotiations and contracting.
• Coordinate with IT on integration and configuration issues and support Marketing with product insights.
• Train and support travel partners while guiding junior colleagues on operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the tourism industry and solid knowledge of tourism products.
• Experience with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, cruise lines, or tourism suppliers.
• Analytical and operational skills related to rates, availability, and commercial terms.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and resilience.
• English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish required depending on the target market.
