Product Owner Retail Services (Retail)

What you will do

• Own the expansion and harmonization of product features and business processes for retail services.
• Conduct product discovery and fit-gap analysis to prepare the platform for scaling.
• Analyse development requests, prioritize requirements, and manage the strategic product roadmap and backlog.
• Research markets and competitors, benchmark the platform, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Validate business cases, define request scope, and assess potential business impact with stakeholders.
• Monitor product quality and delivery status, prepare reports, and organize quarterly planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with platform development, integration, and scalability.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail services, analytics, and data.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
