Product Manager

Location: Remote, based in Portugal. Candidates must have Portuguese or EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or be willing to relocate to Portugal. EU-based candidates are welcome if willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Manage software products and collaborate with Engineering on technical projects.
• Build strong relationships across functions and influence organizations with diverse opinions and expertise.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback and present product trade-offs.
• Solve problems methodically, balancing short-term fixes with long-term stability.
• Manage change and escalations while working through ambiguity.
• Communicate clearly with peers, the broader organization, customers, and leadership.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software product management.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and earning influence in complex organizations.
• Analytical mindset and experience partnering with Engineering on technical projects.
• Experience with user feedback synthesis, trade-off communication, change management, and escalation management.
• Fluent English at least at B2/C1 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or willing to relocate to Portugal.
