Partner Manager - International Markets (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Work from anywhere is available for up to 4 weeks per year.

Salary: €73,000–€80,000 per year

What you will do

• Research and prioritize international markets outside Benelux, DACH, and France.
• Define ideal partner profiles and build a pipeline of potential partners.
• Qualify, recruit, negotiate with, and sign high-potential partners.
• Onboard and enable partners on hirify.global, Recruitee, positioning, and the sales approach.
• Create joint business plans, commercial cadences, and pipeline reviews to manage partner performance.
• Collaborate with Partnership, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams on lead routing, positioning, and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build a partner, channel, or business development motion from the ground up.
• Strong new-business and partner acquisition skills.
• Direct B2B SaaS sales or business development experience is advantageous.
• Experience identifying, qualifying, engaging, and developing high-potential partners.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working without a finished playbook.
• Professional fluency in English and confidence working across international, cross-cultural partner relationships.
