Field IT Engineer (Utah & Colorado)

Location: Remote within the USA, with travel throughout Colorado and Utah. Travel is required up to 75% of the time, approximately three days per week; remote work is available from home on non-travel days.

Salary: $68,200–$93,700 per year, depending on hiring locality.

What you will do

• Provide level-two support for WANs, LANs, field servers, and field applications, including on-call and on-site remediation.
• Maintain IT infrastructure at field locations and coordinate installation, replacement, and disposal of computer hardware.
• Troubleshoot and administer Cisco VOIP phone systems, including user additions, changes, and moves.
• Act as a liaison between field staff, management, vendors, and Corporate IT.
• Identify and report solutions that reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships for cabling, hardware, software, and other IT services and supplies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on network experience; 4 years of computer network experience preferred.
• Experience with Cisco VOIP/UCCE.
• CCNA certification.
• Ability to travel approximately three days per week within the assigned Colorado and Utah territory.
