Strategy Manager

Location: Dorking or Basingstoke, UK; hybrid working with two days per week from home

What you will do

• Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Identify strategic opportunities and risks across the business.
• Develop evidence-based insights, recommendations, and actionable business cases for senior decision-makers.
• Support strategic initiatives and transformation programmes in partnership with subject-matter experts and business leaders.
• Work with senior stakeholders to shape strategic priorities and challenge existing thinking.
• Translate complex information into clear executive-ready outputs and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or a commercial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset, curiosity, and the ability to turn insight into tangible business outcomes.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, employee benefits, or another regulated B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
