Supply Chain Manager (Logistics)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi office, Vietnam

What you will do

• Improve the flow of products, cash, and data between distributors, customers, and the business.
• Optimize distributor and customer supply networks and operations.
• Plan cost-saving initiatives and support operational execution.
• Work directly with distributors and third-party partners.
• Develop multi-skilled organizations and build distributor capabilities.
• Lead logistics projects to improve service, cash, and cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience with a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics in a third-party or multinational company.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Leadership skills to lead change and drive innovation.
• Strong internal and external collaboration skills; logical and meticulous approach.
• Focus on consumer-driven growth.
