Senior Staff, Technical Program Management (Digital Trust)

What you will do

• Manage technical security projects and programs, including milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, reporting, and delivery.
• Define strategy, tactical plans, and execution for multiple programs across the Security Organization.
• Partner with product and domain owners to address security, privacy, and compliance issues.
• Coordinate security initiatives across security, engineering, product, infrastructure, finance, communications, compliance, and internal control teams.
• Standardize project reporting and improve hirify.global’s security posture and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, product management, and/or software engineering.
• Experience delivering large-scale technical programs from inception through completion using clear metrics, analytics, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, multitasking, communication, active listening, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in the Seoul, South Korea location.

Nice to have

• Security concepts, audit and compliance programs, PCI-DSS, ISO, or cybersecurity regulatory experience.
• Agile development, DevOps CI/CD, or secure development lifecycle experience.
• PMO leadership experience and PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or cloud certifications.
• Experience with AI for security or security for AI.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
