Translation & Localization Manager, Regulatory Delivery & Transparency - Trust & Safety

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end translation and localization requests for Trust & Safety Center content across languages and regional versions.
• Coordinate localization work with Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Communications, Legal, Engineering, Product, and the central localization team.
• Track timelines, priorities, deliverables, and publishing deadlines for multilingual reports, webpages, and public-facing assets.
• Operationalize scalable localization workflows using internal translation and CMS tools.
• Develop best practices, workflows, tool documentation, and quality improvements for localized content.
• Define, maintain, and report localization success metrics and KPIs while supporting content governance and post-publication quality checks.

Requirements

• Experience in localization, translation program management, or multilingual content operations.
• Proficiency with localization tools and Content Management Systems.
• Experience managing localization metrics strategies and using data to drive improvements.
• Ability to manage complex workflows, multiple projects, and cross-functional collaboration in a globally distributed environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with content that may include harmful material, including bullying, hate speech, child safety issues, and depictions of harm.

Nice to have

• Experience with website localization and managing translations at scale.
• Familiarity with content governance, regulatory transparency, or policy reporting.
• Working knowledge of web publishing platforms.
• Experience supporting public policy, communications, or Trust & Safety organizations.
• Experience managing external vendors, freelance translators, or language service providers.
