AI Automation Engineer

Location: Kraków, Poland — Hybrid

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and operate AI automations and agents with Claude Desktop and the Claude API.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop agent-based solutions.
• Build and maintain MCP servers or an MCP gateway for secure connections to CRM, ERP, data warehouses, ticketing, and other systems.
• Deploy local LLM environments and RAG pipelines for privacy-sensitive, low-latency, and offline use cases.
• Develop an agent harness covering orchestration, tool calling, memory, guardrails, logging, and evaluation.
• Establish testing, monitoring, documentation, and runbooks for reliable production automations.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience building automations or agents with Claude Desktop and the Claude API.
• Experience developing agents or automations for GTM, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, or Finance use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript and Bash.
• Experience building or managing MCP servers or operating agents through an MCP gateway.
• Practical experience with local or self-hosted LLMs and RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval evaluation.
• English is the primary collaboration language; submit the CV in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector, or other vector databases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM systems.
• Experience with Finance systems such as ERP, billing, or FP&A tools.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of AI safety, data privacy, and enterprise security practices.
