What you will do

• Design and implement AI agents, multi-step agent flows, and automation pipelines to support business processes.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into internal applications using orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and RAG.
• Develop and maintain internal services, APIs, and automation scripts using Python and FastAPI.
• Build secure integrations with enterprise systems including AWS, Jira, Confluence, Okta, and Slack.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure system reliability and security.
• Continuously identify and automate manual processes through AI and system integrations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer or AI Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x, including asynchronous programming and REST API development.
• Practical experience building production-ready AI solutions and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
• Deep understanding of prompt design, embeddings, vector databases, and structured outputs.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format from Warsaw, Limassol, or Sofia.

Nice to have

• Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI workflows with approvals and audit trails.
• Experience building AI copilots or chat-based internal assistants connected to company data.
• Background in financial data processing, reconciliation, or fintech compliance.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
