Senior AI Agent Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with remote work available two days per week and regular office engagement.

What you will do

• Build agentic AI applications with Google Agent Development Kit, Gemini Agent Platform, and Model Context Protocol to automate creative content workflows.
• Design multimodal pipelines using Gemini, Imagen, Veo, and other foundation models for image generation, video creation, and content adaptation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, output quality, and reliability.
• Create agent skills, tool integrations, prompt configurations, function-calling flows, and structured outputs for enterprise APIs, databases, and external services.
• Build RAG and context-management systems grounded in brand guidelines, product data, and creative standards.
• Prototype multi-agent, graph-based, and human-in-the-loop architectures, add observability, and deploy solutions on GCP Cloud Run.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic applications; academic projects, hackathons, personal projects, and internships count.
• Experience with AI systems, multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Ask, or CrewAI, and large language model APIs including Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building applications, along with knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, and generative AI evaluation.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI, cloud platforms with GCP preferred, and containerized deployments with Docker.
• Employment is exclusively offered under an Umowa o Pracę full-time employment contract.
