Quantum Application Engineer

Location: Singapore office; primarily office-based with an option to work from home

What you will do

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage projects involving quantum algorithms and applications.
• Collaborate with the global Quantum Application Engineering team and cross-functional teams across APAC.
• Drive customer success and identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements.
• Develop and present demonstrations of quantum algorithms and applications to customers, prospects, and partners.
• Promote hirify.global’s technology, brand, and values within Singapore’s quantum computing ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience or strong knowledge in quantum information, quantum software engineering, quantum computing, or quantum algorithms.
• Strong technical support, troubleshooting, problem-solving, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Native or full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively in a remote and globally distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Proficiency in another language commonly spoken in APAC.
