Engineer I-Project Management, PS SEA (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage industrial and engineering projects from feasibility studies through completion.
• Develop master project schedules, monitor milestones, and submit monthly project status reports.
• Coordinate sales, customers, distributors, internal functions, production, customer service, schedulers, and interplant teams.
• Organize factory acceptance tests, site testing, site meetings, installations, and handover to the aftermarket team.
• Review and finalize project documentation, engineering submittals, third-party products, drawings, material approvals, and installation submissions.
• Provide first-level technical support, support cost estimation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
