Focus on CAPA investigations, method development, reagent and equipment management, and improving laboratory data quality and operational efficiency.

What you will do
- Perform and document laboratory testing for protein electrophoresis, immunofixation, Hydrashift, indirect immunofluorescence assays, ELISA, and immunoassay systems.
- Interpret results, review data quality, identify unusual findings, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support troubleshooting, process improvements, method development, CAPA investigations, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Prepare laboratory reagents and buffers, and maintain equipment calibration and maintenance records.
- Provide technical support, training, and knowledge sharing for laboratory personnel.
- Maintain inventory, housekeeping, safety, quality, and 6S compliance while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science, or a related field.
- Strong laboratory testing experience with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple testing activities, prioritize workload, and meet turnaround time requirements.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Approximately two years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered for a junior position.
