Microsoft Platforms Engineer (SharePoint/M365)

hirify.global is delivering Enterprise Knowledge Management services for a U.S. Combatant Command and its component organizations across classified and unclassified networks.

What you will do

• Configure, deploy, administer, and sustain SharePoint, M365 services, and Power Platform capabilities.
• Apply taxonomy, metadata, naming, version-control, and content-lifecycle governance to enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Improve enterprise search, indexing, navigation, permissions, and need-to-know access controls.
• Build reusable low-code solutions, dashboards, task trackers, timelines, and workflow views with Power Platform and M365.
• Deploy solutions through staging and production, validating authentication, connectivity, data flows, and change-control requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform, workflow, access, and performance issues; perform updates and patches; and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and user documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are mandatory; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• At least four years of experience administering or engineering Microsoft collaboration platforms, including hands-on SharePoint experience.
• Working proficiency with M365, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including solution configuration and permissions management.
• Experience applying enterprise taxonomy, metadata, permissions, and content-lifecycle configuration.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, or the ability to obtain it before receiving privileged access.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience supporting Combatant Command, SOF, or Intelligence Community organizations on NIPRNet and SIPRNet.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, PL-200, or AZ-104.
• Experience with DISA STIGs, vulnerability remediation, SharePoint migrations, Microsoft Purview, or comparable records platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, PowerShell automation, geographically dispersed users, and Agile or Scrum delivery.
