Principal Engineer, Process Engineering (Lithography) 200mm

What you will do

• Set up lithography processes according to technical requirements and lead process engineers developing photonics and power processes.
• Track projects, report key milestones, and deputize the lithography process section manager when required.
• Troubleshoot process setup issues and ensure qualification lots run smoothly.
• Work with the equipment and integration teams to improve process robustness, stability, margin, quality, and production cost.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and provide effective technical communication.
• Train engineers and applications engineers to transfer process knowledge before mass production.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics, or another relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
• More than 6 years of lithography experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different cultures.

Nice to have

• Experience in silicon photonics.
