Senior Principal Foundry Engineer - Logic/RF Process Integration

hirify.global works with external foundries to ensure stable chip supply for business lines across NXP.

What you will do

• Drive lead product ramp-up during new technology introduction, foundry process transfers, and new fab enablement.
• Collaborate with foundries, NXP technology groups, business lines, and other stakeholders to qualify and release processes.
• Own front-end process safe launches and improve manufacturability and yield during ramp-up.
• Interface with key customers on critical projects and steer projects toward timely completion.
• Make decisions on process integration, resource planning, schedules, logistics, and supplier relationships.
• Lead NTI process transfers within foundries and NXP joint ventures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MSc degree in physics or electrical engineering.
• More than 10 years of experience in front-end IC process integration within foundry production or development teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IC devices and processes, with strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
• Hands-on experience leading development, transfer, or production ramp-up projects and teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, foundry management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FinFET and RF technologies.
