What you will do

• Drive lead product ramp-ups under new technology introduction (NTI) and foundry process transfers.
• Collaborate with foundries and internal technology groups to qualify and release processes.
• Own the front-end process safe launch and drive yield improvement initiatives.
• Interface with key customers on critical projects to ensure business needs are met.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for process integration, balancing technical, resource, and scheduling dynamics.
• Lead and steer development projects and production ramp-ups within foundry environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor or MSc in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in front-end IC process integration within foundry production or development.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• In-depth knowledge of IC devices and processes.
• Strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.
• Proven experience in a lead role managing development or production ramp-up projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FinFET technology.
• Experience with RF process integration.
