Analyst, HR Technology (Workday)

What you will do

• Own functional configuration for Workday Core HCM and Talent.
• Support production issues, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure and test business processes, condition rules, validations, and security impacts.
• Lead Workday release testing and regression activities.
• Develop reports and dashboards while supporting integrations, data integrity, and functional documentation.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Knowledge of business process configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Work onsite in Bengaluru, India.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Talent.
• Workday Pro certification.
• Experience supporting global Workday implementations.
• Knowledge of EIBs, reporting, calculated fields, and security.
• Experience in Agile or project delivery environments.
