Analyst I, Global GBS (Employee Data Management)

The role supports global HR employee data operations within Global GBS.

What you will do

• Assign EDM tickets, process critical cases, and ensure accurate and timely responses.
• Manage escalations, conduct root cause analysis with the EDM Lead, and implement corrective action plans.
• Train EDM team members on data management processes and HRIS usage.
• Conduct process audits, validate employee data, and support compliance with internal standards and GDPR where applicable.
• Maintain Desktop Procedures, Work Instructions, training materials, process trackers, and SLA workbooks.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks, improve controls and data visibility, and coordinate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Employee Data Management or HRIS operations, preferably with Workday.
• Experience managing teams, escalations, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, governance policies, and compliance standards, including GDPR.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, documentation, and data-quality skills.

Nice to have

• HRIS certification, particularly in Workday.
• HR, data governance, or continuous improvement certification.
• Experience working in an international or global environment.
