Associate Manager, Global GBS (Employee Data Management)

What you will do

• Lead daily Employee Data Management operations covering the employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit.
• Manage and develop the EDM team through goal setting, feedback, coaching, and training.
• Handle escalated HR and employee inquiries while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate tier 2 requests with Payroll, Helpdesk, and Workday Specialist teams.
• Optimize processes, reduce response times, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Oversee Workday and ServiceNow configuration, utilization, integrations, and compliance with the hirify.global Management System playbook.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of international or global Employee Data Management operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience with HR operations and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, MS Office, CRM systems, and related HR technologies.

Nice to have

• MBA in Human Resources.
• Payroll or HRIS certification.
• Continuous improvement certification.
