TL;DR
TA Operations Specialist (APAC & Europe Region) (HR Operations): Delivering talent acquisition and employee lifecycle operations for APAC and Europe with an accent on interview coordination, onboarding, payroll inputs, and benefits support. Focus on improving HR service delivery through AI tools, workflow automation, accurate documentation, and cross-regional stakeholder coordination.
Location: Bangalore, India. General shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to support Europe business hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM as required. Relocation eligible.

What you will do
- Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations from interview scheduling through onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and panels in multiple regions.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, pre-hire documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including transfers, benefits administration, payroll inputs, and offboarding.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services.
- Improve and automate HR processes using AI tools, workflow automation, and digital solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global and virtual teams and support Europe business hours when required.
- Customer-focused approach, ownership, accountability, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
