Senior Consultant Energy and Industry (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid work is available from home, client locations, or the Amsterdam office. Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted, and work permit sponsorship is unavailable.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for energy and industry clients.
• Structure and analyze data, prepare benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Coach new hires and junior consultants as a team support lead.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master's degree or a PhD.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, flexibility, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch are required.
• Work authorization in the Netherlands is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
