What you will do
- Co-lead the development and maturation of climate and circular economy visions and KPI frameworks.
- Implement the Climate Transition Plan and develop an equivalent strategy for circular economy initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive strategic roadmaps across emission categories and waste streams.
- Collaborate with sector and business line stakeholders to prioritize and accelerate sustainability progress.
- Update and maintain corporate sustainability policies.
- Manage international stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, climate, or circular economy strategy.
- Advanced English skills required.
- Proven success in delivering sustainability programs and partnerships in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong systems thinking, business sense, and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Relevant academic degree in Sustainability Management, Strategic Management, or related fields.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
