What you will do

• Co-lead the development and maturation of Climate and Circular Economy visions and strategic roadmaps.
• Implement the Climate Transition Plan and develop an equivalent framework for circular economy initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities across emission categories and waste streams to drive measurable progress.
• Collaborate with sector and business line stakeholders to prioritize and embed sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain and update corporate sustainability policies to ensure alignment with ambitious target years.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sustainability, Climate, or Circular Economy strategy.
• Academic degree in Sustainability Management, Strategic Management, or related fields.
• Proven track record in delivering sustainability programs and managing diverse stakeholder networks.
• Advanced English skills required.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Background in sustainability strategy consulting, either in-house or as an external consultant.
• Experience working within a corporate, technology-related environment.
