Key Account Manager (Animal Nutrition)

Location: Tan Uyen 9, Vietnam / Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Frequent travel across Vietnam is required.

What you will do

• Own the commercial, strategic, and tactical responsibility for key accounts.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Build executive-level relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder client environments.
• Drive account growth through expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets while managing forecasts, CRM pipelines, and commercial risks.
• Apply value-based selling and support commercial performance across the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in animal nutrition, animal science, veterinary science, agribusiness, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in animal nutrition, animal health, animal production, farm management, or feed additives in Vietnam.
• Track record of building high-performing teams that achieve or exceed commercial targets.
• Technical and practical knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and animal health across multiple species.
• Strong negotiation, planning, presentation, communication, feedback, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the country and interact with customers face to face.

Nice to have

• Expertise in swine or poultry nutrition.
