Business Analyst (P2P)

What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Analyse Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Procurement, and ERP processes and create As-Is and To-Be process maps.
• Support AP, Procurement, Purchasing, and ERP system implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
• Support solution reviews, UAT planning and execution, test script creation, and defect management.
• Cleanse, validate, analyse, and reconcile data for system migrations and implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering business and technology change projects.
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Procurement, or ERP system implementations.
• Strong process mapping, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience producing process documentation, SOPs, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and training materials.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, analysis, migration support, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution, governance, and project documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365, F&O, or ZIP.
