Senior Business Analyst (Payments)

Location: Irving, Texas; hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Salary: $55.00–$65.00 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Support complex business execution initiatives, large-scale planning, and delivery coordination.
• Analyze business challenges, current and future-state processes, gaps, and execution considerations.
• Document business and functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution artifacts.
• Track deliverables, milestones, action items, risks, blockers, and timing against delivery plans.
• Prepare status updates, execution summaries, and readiness views for leadership and delivery forums.
• Maintain governance artifacts and execute work according to risk, compliance, and change management standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, analysis, operations, or delivery support.
• Experience managing delivery plans, milestones, execution tracking, and concurrent deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience in structured or Agile delivery environments and complex technological operating environments.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for managing stories and developing intake processes.
• Ability to work hybrid from Irving, Texas, with 3 days onsite.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated, large-scale environment.
• Background in Payments, Treasury Services, or Merchant Services.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and the payments lifecycle.
