AI Business Analyst (Freelance)

What you will do

• Define business needs and translate them into clear software requirements.
• Lead discovery and audit sessions with clients and support pre-sales and early project phases.
• Contribute to AI-driven prototyping and solution shaping using tools such as Lovable, Bolt, or similar.
• Conduct business and competitor analysis to shape optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, project managers, designers, and development teams.
• Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology company.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher written and spoken English required.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis theory, requirements elicitation, SDLC, Scrum, and Agile practices.
• Experience with discovery phases, client audits, pre-sales, and communication with USA and European markets.
• Ability to discuss solution approaches with developers and designers, read Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, and use UML, BPMN, and flow diagrams.
• High-level understanding of LLMs, AI models, and agents, plus experience with AI prototyping or vibe-coding tools.
