What you will do

• Manage and grow a named portfolio of client accounts with the commercial lead.
• Expand relationships within accounts and increase hirify.global's share of wallet.
• Respond to client quoting requests quickly, reliably, and accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Troubleshoot in-field project challenges through hirify.global's platform.
• Maintain accurate client, project, and commercial data in hirify.global's sales systems.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in B2B or market research is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively with commercial and project management teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
