Implementation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Run implementations for strategic customers from signature through steady state, managing plans, setup, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Configure each customer’s hirify.global experience through prompt engineering, ideal candidate profiles, company and hiring context, interview note templates, ATS integrations, and other platform connections.
• Move customers to advanced product features after the initial setup is working.
• Deliver end-user sessions, hiring-manager onboarding, and custom training videos.
• Monitor adoption, identify teams and users who need support, and respond with targeted training or configuration changes.
• Turn implementation learnings and customer assets into reusable materials for future onboardings.

Requirements

• A couple of years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services at a B2B SaaS company with a complex, multi-module product.
• Experience working in recruitment operations, including recruiting tools and hiring workflows.
• Strength in project management, with the ability to run several implementations simultaneously at different stages.
• Product fluency and comfort with configuration, integrations, data, prompts, and AI-assisted work.
• Ability to explain complex products clearly, deliver effective training, and drive lasting user adoption.
• Strong customer focus, hospitality, and systems-thinking skills.
