Team Lead (Supply Chain)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan; supplier operations also cover Tainan

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Supplier Operations team responsible for the Metrology, Light source and Positioning system cluster.
• Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ensure material availability, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and operational targets.
• Monitor KPIs, lead root cause analysis, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Manage supplier performance across Linkou and Tainan, including supply chain risk mitigation and business continuity.
• Coach team members, drive engagement, and support capability and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in supplier operations, supply chain, or procurement, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent English and fluent Mandarin.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Understanding of mechanical and mechatronic components and their supply chain dynamics.
• Ability to manage complexity, execute strategically, and drive results under pressure.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
• Additional language skills.
