What you will do

• Manage inventory indicators, inventory surveys, ordering processes, and related systems.
• Ensure the right products are in stock at the right time and place for customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve customer in-stock performance and vendor outcomes.
• Partner with vendors to optimize lead time, fill rate, and related supply chain metrics.
• Use data to prioritize high-impact actions and identify root causes of inventory issues.
• Guide the development of processes and controls for forecasting, inbound, and inventory management systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in in-stock management, business management, demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or consulting.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and solid business logic.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to set ambitious goals and demonstrate strong ownership in driving improvements.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required.
