Mechatronics Engineer Internship

What you will do

• Support the design and development of mechanical components, tooling, fixtures, and prototype systems using 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and debug electromechanical systems, prototypes, and internal tooling.
• Perform validation and verification activities, including tolerance analysis, form-fit-function evaluations, and performance testing.
• Create and maintain assembly instructions, engineering drawings, test reports, and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
• Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Interest in mechanical design, prototyping, 3D printing, electronics manufacturing processes, and hands-on engineering.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
